Hello,I am the person that will be helping you today.
This can occur for one of several different reasons.
I will be standing by, looking forward to your response.
How close are you to the phone base station when you experience the static on the line?
May I ask what you are talking about? What is a rip off?
You are not getting help? What does that mean?
I am asking you a series of questions so that I can better understand your situation.
I don't know why you are getting static. That is why I am asking questions so that I can better understand your problem.
I have run out of ideas.
For this reason, I am opting out of the question and allowing another expert the chance to help.
The next expert will see all that is on this page, so there will be no need to repeat anything.
When another expert picks this up, you will be notified by email.
Thank you for your patience.
Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,
I'm Greg and will do my best to assist you today.
Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base.
2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system, and if more than one, do ALL handset have this same static issue?
3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
4) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, etc. and NOT part of the Panasonic system) attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly (no static)?
