I am having trouble with the CareLine phone (the quick start guide starts with serial number SN1157) as the base phone seems to have become muted. I can see 'unmute' at the bottom but can't seem to make it happen.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: Brand new
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Just today. I tried pushing the hyphen (or dash) button under it but that doesn't seem to work
