I have a model KX-TG7641 phone and the voice messages will not go into the base unit. What is wrong.
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Panasonic link to cell Model KX-TG7641 series
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Since September 2016 and contacted Comcast. They said that the phone is the problem
