I have Medel KX-TG7641. My answering machine would not

I have Medel KX-TG7641. My answering machine would not record incoming message. Whay shold I do t correct that ?
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: Model KX-TG155sk
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I moved in a couple of weeks ago. when I tried to hoop up in my new house, everything works, including answering, but the message is not recorded.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: THe machine answers even when answering swith is off.

1) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line, and is it the SAME provider as before moving?

2) Do you have a different phone - such as a cell phone - that can be used to place a TEST CALL to your Panasonic system? If so, please place that TEST CALL and let me know what you hear - in the calling phone.

But I see that there was a "payment failure" for your phone call request - which usually means that there is a "security check" that needs to be clear with your bank or deposit needs to be increased.
