model KX-TG6524SK. Recentlyshows he main screen as "New Voice MailPess VM" Don't have any voice mail, just 6359. Other wise the phone continues to do eveything correctly. How do I get rid of the screen and return to the normal screen?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: Severalyears - has always worked perfectliy, stilll does except hethle :new woice mail window and there is no voice mail otherwise phone works [erfetlyil

Customer: Only since I tried to use the VM and put in a numlaber as requested by the phone. Juist want o restore to original ooperation

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

2) Can you do a quick TEST for me?

That TEST is to pick up any handset in the system (when this "New Voice Mail" message appears), press the SPEAKER (SP-PHONE) button, and QUICKLY listen for the dial tone.

Please let me know if you hear ANYTHING - BEFORE the CLEAR dial tone.
