1) The FULL Model Number of the Vtech phone you TRIED to program to this system?
2) Did you get ANY CORDLESS handsets with this main CM18445 system?
3) WHERE was this system purchased?

OK - Staples MAY carry the accessory handsets that can be registered to this system. The cordless handsets are model CM18045, and you can have a TOTAL of NINE additional devices connected to this main base - using CORDLESS connections.
I did a search of the Staples website and see they list these for about $90 each - including the charger.
I also search Amazon and see that they have the same handset and charger for about $30 less. I have a link to that listing below.
