I HAVE HAD SUBSTANTIAL PROBLEMS WITH MY TELEPHONE SYSTEM FOR OVER A WEEK.
AT&T TECHNICIANS (FIVE OF THEM!) WERE FREQUENTLY IN OUR HOUSE, BUT WITH NO RESULT. WE CALLED IN AN INDEPENDENT TECHNICIAN WHO TOOK THE WHOLE COMPLEX SYSTEM FOR NNE HOURS AND BROUGHT IT BACK TO WORKING STATUS.
CALLS TO AT&T MEET WITH NO RESPONSE. PROMISES MADE EARLIER TO FOLLOW UP WITH US HAVE NOT BEEN KEPT. ACCESS TO AT&T VARIES FROM DIFFICULT TO IMPOSSIBLE.
