Hello,
I am Pete, and I'll be happy to assist with your question today.

Expert:  Pete replied 1 month ago.

Helen, where did you buy the phone system from?

Does it have an overseas plug fitted?

Can you remove the plug and fit an Australian plug, or use an adapter to make it fit?

Hi Helen,

The OK button will be a 'soft key' just above the green or red answer or hang up button - you will see the word "OK" on the display just above it.
