Yes that is the headset,

can you tell me the model of the base station, the main part of the cordless phone system?

Customer: replied 1 month ago.
That is the base
Customer: replied 1 month ago.
Look up on internet that model number for a t&t... You will find it will show u base and headset..
Expert:  Nathan replied 1 month ago.

Sorry, What I meant was what OTHER phone system are you using with it (your other corded/cordless phones).

But we can move forward without it for now.

2 steps here: You'll have to dereigster it from the old system, and register to the new one.

First, make sure your new base station is unplugged.
Then, push these buttons on your headset in the following order:
1) vol+
2) mute
3) vol-
4) mute
5) vol+
6) vol-
7) mute
Your headset will now be unregistered.

Next you can reregister:

Press and hold the PAIR button until the MUTE light on the headset base turns on (about four seconds) and release the button. Return the headset to the headset base for registration.

Let me know if that works for you,

thanks,

Nathan
