Can you please check which cellphone connection was "...accidentally got turned on..."; CELL 1 or CELL 2?

Roy after the OFF was first pressed, was MENU then pressed and then the # and then the 6 1 1 2 ? ...and even with the 6 1 1 1
Sorry but no; arrow buttons first to go to Yes and then the SELECT button...then the OFF button (again).
Let's give a final try; reset/re-boot the phone.
Allow the base to reboot itself for a minute or so.
Did the base rebooted please?
Perhaps a mix up in which/what buttons. Review / re-do:
If still not corrective, then it would be to your advantage as you earlier posted, "...return it to the store..."
I understand this is not what you are hoping to hear, and I'm sorry but I don't have better news.
I realize that the above post may perhaps be not what was expected. It would appear that there is no quick-n-easy fix and neither is there a workaround; again sorry for having to be the bearer of bad news.
