Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

I'm Greg and will do my best to assist you today.

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base and START with KX-TG. (6.0 is only a feature)

2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

3) Are you or your callers HEARING that the mailbox is full - when trying to reach you?

Please REPLY using the box below.

Thanks

When can you call?
Expert:  Greg A. replied 2 months ago.

Hi again,

I see your phone call request and CAN call you in a few minutes.

But may I first ask:

1) Can you still make outgoing calls?

2) Can you still RECEIVE CALLS - if you pick them up quickly enough?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Expert:  Greg A. replied 2 months ago.

OK - if you CAN successfully receive calls, please do the following TEST for me.

Please pick up ANY handset, press the TALK button, and QUICKLY listen for the dial tone, and tell me if you hear ANYTHING before the clear dial tone, such as a few beeps or "pulsed" dial tones.

Thanks

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
3 beeps
Expert:  Greg A. replied 2 months ago.

OK - very good.

What those beeps are is a "signal" - that you have "Voicemail" waiting to be listened to. And that Voicemail system is a feature from the service provider - which is DIFFERENT and SEPARATE from the built-in Answering System of the Panasonic system.

Does that make sense so far?

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
Can you call me. It would be much easier

Hi again,

I see that another expert has TRIED to accept your call request, but there was a failure of some kind (usually a payment issue).

Would you like to continue here, in this text/chat format?

I think I have the first steps for getting this straightened out.

Expert:  Greg A. replied 2 months ago.

Let me offer a call request from my end, which you may be able to accept and then we can use the phone.

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
I'm sorry. But this is not working. I will have my son call you back. Maybe he can communicate this way. A phone call wwould have do e it.
Expert:  Greg A. replied 2 months ago.

OK - you SHOULD see a proposed call request on your side, which you can either Accept or Decline. Do you see that?

OR we can continue later - as I'm here most of the day (and again most days) to help.

Please let me know what you want to do.

Thanks

Customer: replied 2 months ago.
No. I will try again later.
Expert:  Greg A. replied 2 months ago.

Very good.

Please send me a note back here when you are ready to continue.

That will send me an notification and I will get back to you as quickly as I can.

Thanks, ***** *****

Hi again,

I see it has been a few days and I haven't seen a response on this page, so I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue OR if the issue was resolved?

I look forward to any further questions or results that you may have.
