Ask a Phone Systems Question, Get an Answer ASAP!

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base and START with KX-TG. (6.0 is only a feature)
2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
3) Are you or your callers HEARING that the mailbox is full - when trying to reach you?

I see your phone call request and CAN call you in a few minutes.
But may I first ask:
1) Can you still make outgoing calls?
2) Can you still RECEIVE CALLS - if you pick them up quickly enough?
OK - if you CAN successfully receive calls, please do the following TEST for me.
Please pick up ANY handset, press the TALK button, and QUICKLY listen for the dial tone, and tell me if you hear ANYTHING before the clear dial tone, such as a few beeps or "pulsed" dial tones.
OK - very good.
What those beeps are is a "signal" - that you have "Voicemail" waiting to be listened to. And that Voicemail system is a feature from the service provider - which is DIFFERENT and SEPARATE from the built-in Answering System of the Panasonic system.
Does that make sense so far?
I see that another expert has TRIED to accept your call request, but there was a failure of some kind (usually a payment issue).
