Received notice of a message on my vtech full duplex

Customer Question

received notice of a message on my vtech full duplex speakerphone. How do I listen to it? I do not know what my vtech phone number is. I am in the 415 area code Joe Kamiya
JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: I have only the instrument and do not know how to get the make and model.
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have never used the phone except to talk to a caller. I think by pressing talk when it rang.
JA: Anything else you want the phone expert to know before I connect you?
Customer: I guess not.

Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

I'm Greg and will do my best to assist you today.

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base and START with a letter or two, and then a few numbers.

2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

3) WHERE are you seeing or hearing the "notice of a message" and what is the EXACT wording of this notice?

Please REPLY using the box below.

Thanks
