Hi your phone request hasn't gone through yet.
I know this model very well, and I know whats wrong, there is a failed Memory IC at the cause of this problem.
The part is only a few dollars at the most but it is surface mount and requires specialized soldering equipment to replace that part without causing damage to the circuit board.
I recommend Best Buy for this service, I used to work for them as a repair technician so I knwo they are fair priced, and do excellent work and they are Honest;-)
can fix this like new for you for a good price.
