Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

I'm Greg and will do my best to assist you today.

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base and START with KX-TG, but have NO "A" in it (that is for the cordless handsets).

2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

3) When you say "voicemail" does that mean there is something displayed on the handset(s) that say you have a new voicemail waiting?

Please REPLY using the box below.

Hi again and thanks for that information.

OK - is the message you are trying to listen to again stored in the Panasonic Answering system (built-into the MAIN base).

OK - I see you answered that already.

To listen to ALL messages stored on the Answering system, pick up any handset and do the following:

Press MENU # 3 2 4

That will play ALL messages.

When finished, press the OFF button.

Pressing PLAY on the MAIN base unit will also do the same thing (play ALL messages) - IF there are no "new" messages there.

Please let me know if you have any more questions.
If this has answered your question(s), please take a moment to rate MY service level (5-star is my goal) so that I get credit for my time helping you with this question.
You should see some "stars" to do that, but please let me know if you do NOT see them (you may have to scroll UP or DOWN) or can not use them.

Thanks, ***** *****
