Our phone will not let us ring out. The incoming calls are coming in but we don't hear them. The front panel says check Tel line. I've switched off and checked all of the terminals and the battery has now been on charge for 20 hours and still no Phone ?
Can you give me any suggestions Please .

Hi Russell, Our phone is a Uniden DECT 1635 series. and we have a landline service through Telstra
