I have a Panasonic phone set #KX-TGA641, about 10 years old.

I have a Panasonic phone set #KX-TGA641, about 10 years old. I cannot get my call list, phonebook or the number calling does not pop up. The phone tells me who is calling but does not show the number. Can this be fixed or do I need to purchase new phones?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: 10 years
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: About a week. I tried the initial settings but could not correct this.
JA: Anything else you want the electronics expert to know before I connect you?

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base and START with KX-TG, but have NO "A" in it (that is for the cordless handsets).

2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system, and if more than one, do ALL handsets have this same issue?

3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?

4) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, etc.) with Caller ID displays attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly?
