1) WHEN did this issue first begin or was noticed?
2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system, and of more than one, does this new VM message appear on ALL handsets?
3) Is your phone service "old style" direct wired service, or is it "U-verse" based?
4) Are you using the provider's voice mail system to take your messages, or the built-in answering system of the Panasonic system?
