JA: Just to clarify, what's the exact make and model of your machine?
Customer: VM system is Partner Messaging R1
JA: How long has this been going on? What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Had an issue with an ex employee, who changed the password ***** never gave it to anyone. Just started.

If you do not know the admin password, then you will need to reset it to the default 123456.

To reset the system, press Intercom 777,0#,password#,9,98925327)
