1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with?
2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
3) WHEN was this issue first noticed, or reported to you?
4) Has anyone mentioned what they HEAR when trying to call you? Examples would be BUSY, Endless ringing, calls switching to some message system, etc.
