And i would like you to unplug your phone system and your modem for 20 full minutes the power cords.
Also remove the batteries for the handsets during this time.
Then, you can plug your main model back in, and then the batteries in the phones and then the phones power cord. Wait for it all to come back up and let me knwo if that solves your issue or if it remains the same . This may solve the problem;-)
