please, we have a Panasonic cordless phone Model KX-TGFA30C which does not ring. How do I get them to ring again?
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: I'm guessing but 8 years
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I've used the menu on the cordless phones for a finger adjustment but the are set at high and the phone still does not ring, only the base now rings
JA: The electronics expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: No thanks but getting this done would be very helpful

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the MAIN base. (the model sent (KX-TGFA30C) is for one of the cordless handsets/chargers).

2) Is there ANY unusual icons or text on each of the handsets?

3) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, etc.) attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly?
