Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

I'm Greg and will do my best to assist you today.

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) Did you replace the batteries in this handset, or try to charge up the current batteries - for at least a hour or two?

2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system?

3) is there ANYTHING on the display of the handset?

Please REPLY using the box below.

Thanks

yes

OK - let me know what you see on the handset when the other batteries are installed.

By the way, you may want to CLEAN the contacts inside the battery compartment - especially if the old batteries show ANY sign of "leakage".

NOTE: if you see ANY pop-up requests for premium services - please know they are sent by the site (not me), and can be turned down.

Please let me know what you see on the "lost" handset - once the batteries are installed.

Thanks
