Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any issues accessing your system.

If your messages are being stored in the built-in answering system, you can access those messages using the following steps.

1) From a touch-tone phone, dial the phone number where your system is connected.

2) When the system STARTS to play the announcement, enter the 2-digit "security code" of your system.

NOTE: The default code is 19.

The system should then present a "menu" to play the messages.

Please give that a try and let me know your results.

Hi again,

I have attached (as an image) the complete steps for accessing the system in an enlarged format, and a list of remote commands that can be used.

Please let me know your results or if you have any more questions.

Thanks, ***** *****

Hi again,

I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved?

If this has answered your question(s), please take a moment to rate MY service level (5-star is my goal) so that I get credit for my time helping you with this question.

You should see some "stars" to do that, but please let me know if you do NOT see them (you may have to scroll UP or DOWN) or can not use them.

I look forward to any further questions or results that you may have.

Thanks, ***** *****
