Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones or phone service.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
2) Can I safely assume this system is being used to make landline calls, and that is when the ID appears - for the folks you are CALLING?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved?
I only ask because I didn't see a response back from my initial questions.
Also, the "outgoing Caller ID" is usually something that is set or configured by the phone service provider (phone company) - and not the phone system that is using the line. So that service provider would be who you would want to contact - to see if you can set that outgoing Caller ID do something else.
