To clarify, are you wanting to change the answering machine greeting, for the built in panasonic equipment, or a voicemail greeting which is a service provided by your phone company?

If it is the built in answering machine, take the cordless handset, and key in Menu #302

up/down to highlight YES


It will play a beep tone, then speak your greeting,

when done press Stop, then Off, and the greeting is now changed.

For voicemail, you need to dial into your VM server, usually using *98 after the dial tone, and follow the prompts given to get into personal options then record greeting.
