My phone screen says "Line in use" and I can't make or receive calls.
JA: How old is the phone?
Customer: We have had the phone for approximately 7-8 years.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: I have unplugged the phone charger from the outlet. I have disconnected the battery. I have also disconnected the phone line from the wall unit.
