How many handsets do you have, and are any others having issues?Which model desk station do you have?
Okay there are a few things we can try here, though this most often comes down to a hardware issue, these rca systems have very high failure rates and we often see the handsets die.
The first step is to fully reset the system:
1) unplug both power and phone lines from the main base.2) remove batteries from handset3) wait at least 15 minutes, then restore all4) place a handset on the base for a minute, as if to charge5) check for functionality.
If no change, we'll manually reregister it as the next step.
