I have a phone with answering with 2 hand phones . when I press memo . it comes up as play message and when I hit memo again it says no message and nothing else will come up .Can you tell me how to fix this?

1) What is the AGE of this system?

2) WHEN was this issue first noticed?

3) Have you been able to RECORD and playback MEMOS (successfully) in the past?

4) Is the system still able to record and playback MESSAGES (on the answering machine)?

I'm not the sure what age but I think about 2 years First noticed yesterday. It still records, but if someone calls me it goes directly to the machine

It sounds like you may have OTHER ISSUES - besides just the MEMO not working - is that correct?

For example, can you still make OUTGOING CALLS, but not receive INCOMING CALLS?
