Sorry to hear of any issue you may be having with your system.
May I ask:
1) What is the AGE of this system?
2) WHEN was this issue first noticed?
3) Have you been able to RECORD and playback MEMOS (successfully) in the past?
4) Is the system still able to record and playback MESSAGES (on the answering machine)?

It sounds like you may have OTHER ISSUES - besides just the MEMO not working - is that correct?
For example, can you still make OUTGOING CALLS, but not receive INCOMING CALLS?
We can TRY to address this "no calls received" issue - if you would like.
