Pearl, I need to clear the caller block log on my Panasonic

Customer Question

Good Afternoon! Pearl,
JA: How long has this been going on?
Customer: I need to clear the caller block log on my Panasonic telephone. It refuses to accept any more "caller blocks"
JA: Can you guesstimate how old your Panasonic is? And have you done any troubleshooting yourself?
Customer: I have reviewed the Panasonic Manual. However, there does not appear to be a solution for my issue.
JA: What troubleshooting have you tried?
Customer: Ctually, I have attempted to eliminate calls via the "editing" screen, to no avail.
JA: The electronics expert can solve this for you. Anything else you want him to know before I connect you two?
Customer: No. That's it thank you! Have a blessed day!
JA: OK. Got it. I'm sending you to a secure page on JustAnswer so you can place the $5 fully-refundable deposit now. While you're filling out that form, I'll tell the Technician about your situation and then connect you two.

Hello & Welcome,

I'm Greg and will be assisting you today.

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:

1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the main base unit and START with KX-TG.

2) If cordless, how many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system?

Thanks

Hi again,

I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved?

I look forward to any further questions or results that you may have.

Thanks, ***** *****
