Ask a Phone Systems Question, Get an Answer ASAP!

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the main base unit.
2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
3) What happens when you TRY to change the greeting?
OK - can you send a link to the video you are referring to?
OK - what exactly is different from the video to your system?
And let me send you a link to a video that I have, which should be similar to your system, at least in the form that you have TWO "soft keys" to START this operation.
Also, make sure the system is NOT in use (not on a call and NO dial tone) when you start the process.
Please let me know what you see when you go through this process.
If pressing MENU # ***** 0 2 does NOT get into the "Record Now" screen, please take a look at the MAIN BASE UNIT of your system and CONFIRM that there are SEVERAL buttons on the main base, including an ANSWER ON/OFF button and a PLAY/STOP button.
Did you get the "Record Now" screen to appear, as shown in the video?
Also can you CONFIRM that your MAIN BASE UNIT has the buttons I mentioned (see attached image).
Please let me know - in case we need to take further steps.
