Hi, thank you for contacting My name is Russell. I will do my best to provide the right answer to your question.

I am researching the answer to your question now...

That is probably a function accessed by the phone being in idle mode, with the phone line hung up. Then press the MUTE/(Menu) button once.

You will see a function listed on the display. Press the VOLUME -" button once to go to the next function. Keep doing so, until you see a function for setting your name.

That's an initial answer based upon what little data I could find.

If you see no function for setting your name, turn Off the handset, to exit.

Let me know, and I will do further research on your question.

There is no option to change name from menu: only change ringer, end of range alarm, register, deregister, base registration pin

OK, I understand; that was a false lead.

I am doing further research...

and then 81

and then enter your name using the keypad.

This is not an option meant for your precise model, so I suspect it won't work at all.

I have found others asking the same question without any answer at all. I suspect that this phone itself is neither storing, nor displaying a name that it has control over. The phone system or PBX system box that the phone's base station is ultimately connected to, probably determines the name displayed on the phone.

That did not work either. Also going into that mailbox option does not let me change display name either.

I regret that I have no more info to offer on this matter.

I have Opted Out, opening the case to other Experts in this category.
