Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones. To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) The FULL Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If this is a cordless system, that model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the main base unit and START with KX-TG.2) Phone phone service provider (phone company) do you have for this phone line(s)? Thanks
Customer: replied 1 year ago.
KX-TG9471 (B)PHONE SERVICE IS COMCAST

Hi again and thanks for that model number. OK - can you CONFIRM that any messages coming in are being STORED in the Panasonic's built-in Answering system - and NOT via the Comcast "Voicemail" features? Also, have you EVER changed the access code of the Panasonic system - that you can remember? Thanks
