I just bought 2 remotes Panasonic KXTG-T-6644B

I just bought 2 remotes for my Panasonic KXTG-T-6644B cordless phone from Ebay. I'm unable to get them to work. There are various messages: "base no power", "charging". "No link. Reconnect with AC adapter".

Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) The Model Number of the remote phones you are working with? That model should start with KX-TGA and should be printed on the bottom of each handset.2) Do you still have the manual for your system? I only ask in case I need to reference a particular page number. Thanks

Hi again, I understand - that is the model of the MAIN BASE UNIT. Please look at the bottom of the individual HANDSETS - and see if you can find the model number printed there.Again, is should start with KX-TGA and be followed by about 3 numbers.
