Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,
Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) The Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with? That model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the main base unit of the system.2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system?3) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?4) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, alarm system, etc.) attached to this same phone line and if so, are they working properly?
Hi again and thanks for that.
The "bq10004279" looks more like a serial number than a model number.
If you look on the back or bottom of the MAIN BASE UNIT, you should see some like the word "MODEL" or perhaps "M/N", and then there should be a letter and then a 4-digit number.
I have attached an image of what this might look like, as a reference.
Please take a look and let me know if you can find a similar marking.
OK - let me send another couple of images - showing where the model number can be found on the handset(s)
(inside the battery compartment).
Please take a look at the images, and then check the current handset(s) to see if you can find something similar.
Can you tell me HOW LONG you have owned this system?
Do you still have the original package it came in?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved?
I look forward to any further questions or results that you may have.
Thanks, ***** *****--. .-(im)
