The I.T.E. accessory PNLC1056 YA battery charger AC adaptor

Customer Question

The I.T.E. accessory PNLC1056 YA battery charger AC adaptor keeps beeping when I place the phone itself on the charger. It never did that before. I moved it to a different outlet, but it still kept beeping. What should about it??????

Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phone system.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with? That model should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the main base unit and START with KX-TG.
2) How many TOTAL cordless handsets do you have with this system?

Thanks

KX-TG ModelPNLC1056 YA I>T>E> Accessory Battery Charger. I have 4 total cordless handsets.

Can you read me the NUMBERS immediately after the KX-TG - from the MAIN BASE UNIT?

I only ask because the PNLC numbers are usually for a POWER ADAPTER - that connects to the main base OR the remote handset chargers.

Thanks
