A review; the Panasonic's Caller ID feature can be turned on using MENU / 1 6 2 handset or * 1 6 2 base / [1] .

If not working as expected, have you confirmed subscription to this feature/option with Verizon?

What do you mean by using MENU/162 handset or *1 6 2 base/(1). I know where the menu button is but how do I put in the /(slash) and the 1 6 2 handset or base.

Can you please try on the handset MENU 1 6 2 1

And/or on the base unit, MENU * 1 6 2 1

...and then SAVE then OFF
