I have a Panasonic phone, model # KX-TGDA20. It keeps

I have a Panasonic phone, model
# ***** It keeps saying,
"Messages Full". I think I have
deleted all messages. What can I
do to delete the message. Just an
added complication, the number is
a forwarded number that rings up
here. Wouldn't they all be forwarded and my deleting on this
phone handle the situation?

Sorry to hear of any issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The Model Number of the MAIN BASE UNIT of the phone system you are working with? That should be printed on a sticker on the bottom or back of the main base unit and START with KX-TG (but have no "A" - which is only for the handsets).

2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
3) Are you SEEING this "messages full" somewhere, or are you HEARING it - when trying to place a TEST CALL to your number?
