To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) The Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with?2) Can you also VERIFY that you are trying to reach the Comcast Voicemail service for your messages (and not some other system)?3) WHERE are you trying to read the new password ***** (printed sheet, computer screen, etc.)?
