I don't quite understand your question, can you please be more specific?

1) If you have multiple handsets (within the same system), does this happen with all of them?
2) Are there other phones or even a fax, outside of this system but on the same line? If so are they working properly?
3) Is this a landline from the local phone/cable company, or a VOIP service (vonage/magicjack/etc)?
4) Do you have dsl service on the same line?
5) Full model of the phone(s) (printed on sticker on the base usually)

I could not stay on the phone any longer I had been on there for better 3 hours & all I got were commercials, sprint dish free trip to the bahamas etc. my cell phone was going dead. All I wanted was to talk to a human and find why my phone wasn't hooked to exfinifty. If you can get this straightend out, then yes the price would be worth the call, If no one calls on my cell phone so I can talk to a person then I would like to cancel my cable my interenet & phone from ComCast. Phyllis, I can't help you with any of these things, this is a comcast account or porting problem.
