We recently replaced our VTECH two line model DS6151 base.

Customer Question

We recently replaced our VTECH two line model DS6151 base. The new base came with one handset and all is working fine. The problem is that the old base, purchased in 2012, also a DS6151, had six handsets. The six handsets from the old base are not communicating with the new base. We have followed the instructions in the owner's manual (unplugging the base, removing the batteries from the handsets) but nothing happens. What's the next step?
