May I ask:
1) By "call forwarded" that you mean the call to the phone number goes to a different phone number?
2) What phone service provider (phone company) do you have for this phone line?
I see it has been a few days and I just wanted to follow up to see if you have any more questions concerning this issue or if the issue was resolved.
I asked about your phone service provider because "Call Forwarding" is usually a "feature" of a service provider - to be able to switch (or forward) incoming calls to a different number.
So you may want to check with your service provider and see if that have that feature, and if so, how to enable and use it for your number.
