Ask a Phone Systems Question, Get an Answer ASAP!

Sorry to hear of any trouble you are having with your voice messaging system(s).
To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) What phone service provider (phone company) you CURRENTLY have for this phone line?2) What message system is telling you that the "mailbox is full"?

So when you mentioned the "mailbox full" phrase, that lead me to ask the questions above.
So let me ask a slightly different question:
Is the "mailbox full" a message you are seeing somewhere OR is it an announcement you are "HEARING" (or someone else is hearing) when you call into your own number?
I DO understand what you are saying, BUT as you described the symptoms to me, I do NOT KNOW if this is a PHONE issue (with the Panasonic system) OR a phone SERVICE issue.
That is WHY I asked my questions - to get more details and try to find out if this is a PHONE issue or a SERVICE issue.
Does that make sense?
