I didn't see a response back for my original post, so I'm following up for what could be the solution to this issue.
I believe the "feature" you are mentioning - where the system speaks phone numbers - is the "Talking Caller ID" feature, and that will need to be turned OFF to get rid of that voice.
I have a link to a video that shows how to do that.
Please take a look at the video and then try the same steps for your system, then have someone call you to TEST that the voice is gone.
