Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,
Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your phones.
To help you with this issue, may I ask:1) The Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with?2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
Hi again and thanks for that information.
We can talk on the phone if you wish, but that is an "Additional Service" (and fee) here.
If you want to do that, you should see a "request a phone call" item on your side of this system to do that.
But to VERIFY, I did NOT see what service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line.
AND, can you verify that this is a KX-TG433SK system?
I just want to be sure of the model number, as I see
as what you sent originally (notice the SIX after the KX-T vs. KX-TG).
I will try to accept your call request - after you verify the phone MODEL.
Sorry for any delay - my phone line is still in use (I have to share), but I MAY be able to call you in a few minutes.
So may I ask if you NORMALLY dial calls DIRECTLY from the phone key pad (using the numbers)
do you use STORED phone book numbers more often?
