Hello & Welcome to Just Answer,

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of the issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with?
2) If this is a cordless system, how many TOTAL handsets do you have with this system?

Thanks

Customer: replied 1 year ago.
Make & Model Number: Panasonic KXTG 7841
cordless system? Yes
how many TOTAL handsets do you have with this system? 5 Total Handsets

Hi again and thank for that information.

May I ask:

- When you turned off the Talking Caller ID feature, did you do it for ONE handset only, or the MAIN BASE UNIT?

If done for that one handset, did that handset go quite (when a call comes in), but the rest of the system still spoke the ID for an incoming call?

Thanks

One other question:

Do you have your Panasonic system linked to a cell phone AND are these calls coming in on that cell phone (and not the land line number)?

Thanks
