Just moved in. New ATT U-verse system installed. Hard line. Phone does not ring on incoming calls. Can dial out.

Sorry to hear of the issue you are having with your phones.

To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with?
2) WHEN was this U-verse system installed, and did you have a DIFFERENT provider where the phone WORKED at this location?
3) What happens when you call in from your cell, and you let the call ring for a long time?
4) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, alarm system, etc.) attached to this same phone line (not part of the MAIN system)?
