I own a 7208 Norstar telephone system. The call forwarding

I own a 7208 Norstar telephone system. The call forwarding option which we use daily to forward our telephone calls to our answering service when we are not in the office is disengaged by dialing 73# ***** then the number to the answering service. This Am when I dialed 73# ***** got a fast busy signal. The telephone company says that the lines are fine that it's probably the telephone system. We are able to receive calls on the line not on call forwarding.
What do you think is the problem?

Hi there,

Was the system recently disrupted, e.g. by a power outage?

First, try powering off the system and restarting it again.

No that was not the problem. No power outages. I did power it off & it did not resolve the problem.

Ok, can you examine the boards inside the system and let me know the status of the LED lights on each board, or attach a photo?
