I have a Panasonic D816 system. I am trying to figure out if it is failing. I have customers calling and my phone does not ring in my business. Windstream has checked twice with their equipment and they say everything is working. I have lost my answering and voice mail capabilities and my customer hold music is playing through my desk phones.
Any thoughts or suggestions?

Good morning Rick, Have you tried a factory reset yet?

Sometimes these units will space out due to a power glitch and can cause all kinds of weird things to happen.

Let me know on that, and if you need the procedure, also the user manual do you have one?
