I have Panasonic KXTGE260. My cable/phone/ wifi company replaced my box to improve my Wifi. Now my phones will not ring. It tells me on my tv who is calling but when I try to answer I just get a dial tone. I have tried working on the problem with the cable co to no avail. Can you please help me

1) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
2) Can you still make OUTGOING CALLS with this system?

3) Did the provider come to your home to install this new box?
