My RCA cell phone is registering memory full. My printed instructions didn't have anything to correct the memory full problem.

Sorry I didn't see your question earlier and to hear of the issue you are having with your phone(s).

To help you with this issue, may I ask:
1) The FULL Make & Model Number of the phone system you are working with? If a cordless system, please look for that model printed on the bottom of the MAIN BASE UNIT of the system.
2) What phone service provider (phone company) you have for this phone line?
3) If you have ANY other devices (phones, fax, alarm system, etc.) attached to this same phone line (not part of the cordless system)?

The make and model number from the bottom of the base is RCA25252.
We have Verizon service on these phones.
We do have a fax on this line.

I am available now for the rest of the day. I am eagerly awaiting a response to my question.I put in another question before this one about the phones. It was about the toner on my printer and I sent it before this question about the phones.

Now that I know the model of the phone system, may I ask WHEN and WHERE you are seeing (or hearing) this "Memory full" message?

For example, is this message on the display of the MAIN BASE UNIT or one of the cordless handsets?

Is this message there ALL the time?
